Fundamentals of Mocha v4 Update - Basic Stereo Workflow

A free Mocha 4 tutorial update from Curious Turtle Training. In this
tutorial we take a quick run through a basic stereoscopic 3D project. We look
at how to set up the project, create automatic stereo tracks, manual stereo
tracks, roto stereo footage and export the data out to After Effects and Nuke.
